How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1:
Email us at info@bettrmade.com with your name, order number, and reason for return to request a prepaid return label.

Step 2:
Send your item(s) back using the label we provide.

Step 3:
We’ll take it from there—once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or free exchange.

Please allow up to 7 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return or exchange. 

Need to check your return status? Just enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow the progress.

Refunds

We offer returns and exchanges on all items ordered through BettrMade.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not qualify for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, start by completing our quick online returns process. We’ll send you a prepaid return label upon request. Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, applied discounts, or any applicable quality-related fees. Most refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval, but timing may vary depending on your bank.
